KipasKPA Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the KipasKPA application (“Application”), a platform designed for interactive live broadcasting to support internal communication, team coordination, and information sharing within the organizations that use it (“Users”). By accessing or using the Application, Users agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Definitions

User refers to any company, organization, or individual granted authorized access to use the Application, including team members, staff, or employees designated by the User to operate the Application for internal purposes.

2. Scope of Use

• The Application is intended solely for the User’s internal operations.
• Any usage outside of work-related duties or operational needs is not permitted.
• Users are responsible for managing, monitoring, and ensuring proper use of the Application in accordance with their internal policies.

3. Content and Communication

• Users must maintain professionalism, ethics, and respectful behavior in all broadcasts and communications conducted through the Application.
• Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting content that:
• violates any laws or regulations,
• contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination,
• includes personal or sensitive information without consent,
• may harm, disrupt, or negatively impact others.
• The Application provider reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these terms.

4. Confidentiality of Information

• Information shared, accessed, or displayed within the Application may be confidential or sensitive.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of such information.
• Information may not be disclosed to external parties without proper authorization from the User who owns the information.
• Confidentiality obligations continue even after the User stops using the Application.

5. Account and Access Security

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and any devices used to access the Application.
• All activities performed through a User’s account are considered the responsibility of that User.
• The Application provider may suspend or restrict access if misuse or security violations are detected.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All features, interfaces, designs, data, and other materials within the Application are the property of the Application provider or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, upload, or otherwise use these materials without written permission.
• Use of the Application does not grant Users any ownership rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Application provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:
• User errors or negligence,
• unauthorized use of accounts,
• technical issues on User devices,
• actions or content from third parties.
• The Application may undergo updates, maintenance, or feature changes that can affect service availability.

8. Changes to the Terms

• The Application provider may update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Updates will be announced through official channels or on the Application page.
• Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
